Co-Founder & Executive Director

Ravi co-founded MHISA in 2021 after losing a close friend in a murder-suicide driven by untreated mental illness. A pre-medical student and public health researcher, Ravi leads MHISA's national strategy, research initiatives, and organizational development. He is also the founder of Velago, a mental health platform piloting in Hartford, CT.

Aaron co-founded MHISA alongside Ravi in 2021. As Chief Administrator, Aaron oversees MHISA's operational infrastructure, chapter coordination, and organizational systems — ensuring that MHISA's national work runs with the precision and care the community deserves.
